Summit Earl Grey

Description

Our Tea Master adds a tangerine top note and a citrus twist of lime to the tail to this all time favorite.  A blend of beautiful Ceylon and Indian teas with a rare selection of pure citrus oils.  Summit Grey is loved by the most certified Earl Grey fans.  Sri Lanka and India, blended in France.

Ingredients:  Premium black tea, Bergamot, orange, tangerine and lime extracts

Hot Tea Brewing

• Heat the water until boiling.
• Use one teaspoon of tea for each cup of water.
• Steep for 3-5 minutes, based on personal preference. Experiment with steeping times, the amount of tea, and the water temperature to determine your optimal balance.
• This tea can be re-steeped to make another cup. Lengthen steeping times for additional infusions.

Iced Tea Brewing

• Heat the water until boiling.
• Use two teaspoons of tea for each cup of water.
• Steep for 3-5 minutes, based on personal preference. Experiment with steeping times and the amount of tea to determine your optimal balance.
• When the tea is ready, dilute it with an equal amount of cold water or ice.
• Garnish with lemon or mint.
