Rhapsody

Description

Rhapsody is a blend of unsmoked Chinese and Ceylon teas. Caramel, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and vanilla combine for a unified symphony of flavor.  Originates from China and Sri Lanka, blended in France

Ingredients:  Black tea, rose petals, cherry, strawberry, raspberry flavors

Hot Tea Brewing

• Heat the water until boiling.
• Use one teaspoon of tea for each cup of water.
• Steep for 3-5 minutes, based on personal preference. Experiment with steeping times, the amount of tea, and the water temperature to determine your optimal balance.
• This tea can be re-steeped to make another cup. Lengthen steeping times for additional infusions.

Iced Tea Brewing

• Heat the water until boiling.
• Use two teaspoons of tea for each cup of water.
• Steep for 3-5 minutes, based on personal preference. Experiment with steeping times and the amount of tea to determine your optimal balance.
• When the tea is ready, dilute it with an equal amount of cold water or ice.
• Garnish with lemon or mint.
