Description
This oolong comes from Fujian Province across the water from Taiwan. This Jin Xuan delivers a fuller body and more robust character than its Taiwan island counterpart. This tea’s buttery sweet taste gives new definition to this traditional white flower tea.

Appearance:
Rolled in a Tie Guan Yin style, this tea offers a lovely aroma and buttery sweet taste that stays on the tongue. A very smooth and lovely oolong tea.
Brewing Tips:
- Start with your favorite spring or filtered water. Heat the water to about 180 F to 210 F,
- Use about 1 teaspoon for a 6 oz. cup.
- Steep for 3-4 minutes. Experiment with steeping times, amount of tea and water temperature to personalize your tea experience. Rely on taste, not color. Lengthen subsequent steeping times for additional infusions.
